GEOFF HAMPSON

CEO, Chairman of the Board of Para Resources Inc.

Mr. Hampson is a seasoned entrepreneur, with 34 years of experience in mining, oil & gas and manufacturing.

He has founded and financed numerous successful private and public companies since 1978, including Peer 1 Network, Inc., where, in the role of CEO, he grew annual revenues from $240,000 to $130 million before selling the company for $565 Million. Other successes include Fibrox Technology Ltd., Live Current Media Inc., Corelink Data Centers, LLC and Pacific Rodera Energy.

Ian Harris

President of Para Resources Inc.

Mr. Harris is a senior mining executive with over 20 years’ experience in leading worldwide mining projects. He has mining and management experience in over 20 countries, with a wide range of mining methods, commodities, project phases and sizes, successful advancing project in some of the most challenging environments. Mr Harris has a proven ability to pinpoint and drive improvement by combining leadership and team building with strong financial and production modeling knowledge. He is bilingual in Spanish and English.

RANDY MARTIN

COO of Para Resources and of Colombia Milling Limited

Mining Engineer and Expert in Custom Milling and Mining. Developed Hemco Nicaragua, a 1,200 tpd underground and open pit mine with two gold recovery plants processing ore from legal artisanal miners. 90% sold to Mineros SA for US$96.8M . Constructed and operated the Santa Rosa open pit gold mine in Panama, the La Libertad open pit and underground gold mine in Nicaragua, the San Andres open pit gold mine in Honduras. Operates the El Limon underground gold mine in Antioquia Colombia and constructing two 150 tpd toll milling operations in Nicaragua for small miner cooperatives.

GLENN WALSH

Director

Glenn started his career as an Engineer working for some of the world’s largest engineering and construction companies with involvement in large scale construction projects in Canada,the USA, Vietnam, and South America. Over the last 30 years, he has been a founder and investor in over 25 companies with a primary focus in heavy civil construction, power generation, contract mining, road building and highway maintenance. Glenn is an entrepreneur and an investor with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

IOANNIS TSITOS

Director

A Geophysicist and Businessman with 19 years with BHP Billiton, the last 9 in the position of senior business development manager on minerals exploration with a global reach having worked on exploration deals in 32 countries.

Mr. Tsitos has identified, negotiated and executed in excess of 55 exploration, development and mining agreements and Joint Ventures. He has an extensive global network (exploration, mining, finance).

PAULO J. ANDRADE

VP & Country Manager

A Professional Geologist, member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG #6163), CP/QP under NI-43-101 and JORC, with over 30 years of experience in Brazil and South America. Paulo has extensive knowledge and experience in managing exploration teams in different environments and in identifying new business opportunities.
Mr. Andrade identified three key copper projects for Vale's portfolio in Peru, which were turned into mines later. He discovered five lateritic nickel deposits and one iron ore deposit and successfully brought in the best copper opportunity for Codelco in Brazil. He played a vital part in the Rio Verde Cu-Au deposit discovery at Carajás Province for Barrick.
